WAT BETEKENT DIT VOOR JOUW TRAINING?

Wij zijn blij want inmiddels zijn de meeste versoepelingen voor sporten doorgevoerd. Wij volgen momenteel de standaard richtlijnen van het RIVM en de NOCNSF:

Blijf thuis bij verkoudheidsklachten, zoals neusverkoudheid, loopneus, niezen, keelpijn, lichte hoest of verhoging tot 38 graden Celsius.
Heb je ook koorts en/of benauwdheid? Dan blijven ook huisgenoten thuis. Als je 24 uur lang geen klachten hebt, mag je weer naar buiten. Zie deze link voor de richtlijnen van het RIVM.
