Trainen voor een 10 kilometer in het voorjaar

FIT in West-Friesland organiseert hardloopcursussen voor lopers om een 10 kilometerwedstrijd uit te lopen voor vier verschillende niveaus. Het is heel erg fijn om met lopers te trainen die van gelijke snelheid zijn. De trainingen zijn gericht op het uitlopen van een 10 kilometerwedstrijd die in het voorjaar gezamenlijk wordt gedaan met alle sterrengroepen. Wellicht wordt dit jouw eerste 10 kilometer run of heb je dat als eens vaker gedaan. Er worden gedurende 10 weken trainingen aangeboden plus een strandtraining en 1 pittige intervaltraining in de duinen op zaterdagochtend. Trainingen kunnen altijd worden ingehaald op een andere dag. Je kunt ook trainingen inhalen als je bijvoorbeeld op vakantie gaat of bent geweest.

We bieden daarom een gratis kennismakingsgesprek van ongeveer 20 minuten aan waarbij we en plan maken en meest geschikte groep voor je bepalen.
